Quest mystery merchant (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)
I'm going through the "mysterious merchant" quest, where the lower one offers to buy special goods, and then runs away, because the brave guards came to figure out "What are you discussing in the gateway? This quest broke in the release of 1.07 for many. Therefore, you can bypass that merchant for the time being, and pass it on patch 1.08.
Also, the scoundrel does not babble. And yes, in patch 1.06 he says the rules, but on 1.07 everything was hidden, like he was a tree. :)

It really helps, but only if you rollback to the save before the start of the quest. If the bug has already been generated, no fix will help :(
However, this quest worked for me normally and without any fixes. So, perhaps a normal rollback to the time the quest was generated will help.
