Also faced such a problem. I have 16 GB of RAM, and after 2-3 hours of the game it starts to lag terribly when opening / closing the inventory, and especially the map. Having minimized the game and looked in the task manager what was happening, I saw a clogged memory, namely 80%. To solve this problem, you just need to restart the game, there are no other solutions without downloading programs. There is a program that cleans up the RAM when the selected percentage of clutter is reached, I think it should help, I don’t remember the name.

32gb has the same problem. It's not about the operation. 2k, 1080 with rtx everything is fine. At 4k fps, the interface is stable, the card slows down.

from nvideo is crap fps shows green from this maybe? generally infuriates that it is impossible in the game settings to stupidly turn on to show fps.

And for FPS counters, I recommend using MSI Afterburner, it comes with a very fat monitoring utility (an MSI card is not required)
In general, I deliberately changed the RAM from 16 to 32.
The problem remained relevant :) after a while and the trigger is a map, the game drops to 30 fps and lower and it becomes not very comfortable to play. through the dispatcher I checked the download for both 16 and 32, in the aggregate it is loaded no higher than 12 gigs.
