I have xeon e5 2678 v3 and vidyaha rx 470, everything starts and works stably at high 60-45 fps in full ashdi. was previously overclocked to 3.8 GHz x3440, games with the same vidyuha dragged without problems, but since 2019 I have been sitting on a different process due to the fact that the x3440 did not support AVX instructions due to the lack of which some games no longer started

At first it didn’t start on the phenomenon, but in the event log (at the start you type in “Event Viewer†there you look for an error with eldenring.exe .
in my case it was an error with the DLL - oo2core_6_win64.dll
downloaded from the Internet, disabled EAC (via replacing exe). and that's it, on high settings 50-55 fps.

EAC - yes, this is anti-cheat.
If the error is xc0000005, then just wait for fixes. because this is a memory leak error. Roughly speaking, the game "climbs" not on its RAM memory, as a result we get the error xc0000005. In theory, it is possible to solve a similar error by typing, if all the same somehow find the process driver on which the game climbs. That is why it helps many people to disable the overlay in steam, in discord, etc. (There are more chances if you delete / close everything that is not currently used on your PC)
