Looks like the problem is D3D12Core.dll, DirectX updated? Does the graphics card support Directx 12? Windows 10 (21H2)?

Well, in your case, the error is 0xc0000005, but you swear at D3D12Core.dll. Try to download it and put it in the C:/Windows/System32 folder, if it doesn't help, try to register this DLL
: quotation marks). - you press Enter.
You check the game or the Event Viewer to see if the error has changed.
Well, here's the video:

In the minimum requirements GeForce GTX 1060 with full support for Directx 12, look carefully at you Directx 12(11_0).
Pavel Rally
looked at the site, it seems to say that 960 supports Directx 12, why is it so interesting :/

, I tried to make the cmd command give an error that dllregisterserver was not found, and so I checked in the D3D12Core.dll folders

Yes, the gtx 960m has the same chip as the gtx 750 ti, gm107 maxwell 1.0! but it also does not launch the game, and for incomplete support for dx12, but the fact that the desktop gtx 960 launches it, it's just that the gm 206 chip is in it, that is, maxwell 2.0! here is the answer, but the fix will probably not be made for dx 11, so either change the video card, or wait all the same when the fix is released.

Still, I try to be an optimist. And it seems to me that DX12 support has nothing to do with it.
Because some people get the same error 0xc0000005, which indicates a memory leak, although they play and they are thrown out in a random place. It turns out that the error 0xc0000005 for someone at startup and for someone during the game. Indirectly, this proves that the matter is not in DX12. and there are no direct errors of the video adapter or dx. so I think it's just a matter of memory.

First, using the graphical process, I transferred it to intel core, my game starts, but when I create a character and after loading it freezes and crashes from the game

Here's another proof that dx11_1 has nothing to do with it.

I already wrote above, the problem is in the game itself. namely, that it "climbs out of its memory" as a result, we get an error 0xc0000005 in particular, this error stands for access violation. Unfortunately, it is not clear on "whose" memory it climbs.
Here is info from Wiki if you are interested: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9E%D1%88%D0%B8%D0%B1%D0%BA%D0%B0_%D1%81%D0% B5%D0%B3%D0%BC%D0%B5%D0%BD%D1%82%D0%B0%D1%86%D0%B8%D0%B8
I have already sent my report to bandai namco waiting for a response (how will I get will post here).
You can try to cut off as many applications as possible with which the game may have conflicts.
Otherwise, wait for fixes.
Maybe this will help someone. It didn't work for me, but it helps some.
There is a patch for Elden Ring to run under Win7 (under Vulcan).
https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/12
installation instructions are best read here https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/12?tab=posts post by KobasMastan. (translator to help).
There is also a video, mb it will be easier to install. I advise you to test all this on a pirate, so that the ban would not be given in advance.
Perhaps the question is not here, but here is a more cheerful discussion.
I have a performance issue. i7-11700 (with integrated graphics) + GTX1660Ti (DX12 supported in hardware). Task Manager shows 100% CPU usage and 1% (!!!) GPU usage. That is, the video card is not used at all. Bought through Steam, all patches are installed.
In Sekiro on the same configuration, respectively, 20% CPU and 60% GPU.
Tried different things - disabled i7 integrated graphics in UEFI (BIOS), conjured with NVIDIA and Steam control panel settings - no effect at all. At the very least, you can get to the character settings (where you enter the name), but then everything freezes.
Maybe someone will tell you what to do.
