How to remove black bars on the screen in the game?

What pissed me off the most - I have a monique 3440x1440 (21: 9) - so all the same black bars remain, although it should just be perfect. In general, the cant with this pseudo-sharpening for 2.35 film format. Neither on the TV nor on the monitor is normal to play.
I don't want to break an already not very successful FOV either.

why wait, do you think the developers will fix it? I've been fiddling around and I managed to make a normal fov . I did everything as per the instructions above, plus I wrote the lines r_forceaspectratio "0" in the evil withinConfig.cfg file. Then, already in the game, I adjusted the viewing angle with the numpad + and numpad - buttons and now it's just super played.
