Poll: Your rating of the game. (Xenus.)
Xenus lovers. Let's give our assessment of the game here. OK?I will give an example of how to do it:
Example:
Graphics - 8.5 (although nature at max settings deserves ten points)
Gameplay - 9.5 (although the physics leaves much to be desired, and a lot of small glitches)
Story - 9.0 (addictive, but not up to the Mafia)
Sound - 8.0 (not all dialogues are voiced)
Music - 9.5 (a few more soundtracks are not a problem)
Interface - 9.5 (everything is quite convenient, but could be more convenient)
My overall rating is 9.5 (the best game I have ever played)
Ratings out of ten system. I gave you an example. Now write your ratings and comments on the ratings, like me. As an example, copy my post, and just substitute your ratings.
OK?

"The plot is bullshit. The screensaver is full of shit! 3"
Well, you omitted that a lot. IMHO - the plot is worn out, yes, but not bad.
"Music - shit! 5"
Again, not for everybody.
"The interface is crap. You definitely can't do without hints. 6"
There are not enough hints, but you can figure it out. In addition, I was very pleased with the ability to navigate through the NPCs.
Of the glitches, I remember one - while running on foot or driving a car, when the brakes started with a drop in FPS to 0, the GG could take off.
Pretty nice picture - I was flying in a truck over the trees and plopped down after 5 km without harm to health.
the game is addictive without B!
but about lamers you are in vain! the game is full of bugs, the whole buzz breaks off! and all the questions are to the developers
why, having paid money for a license, I have to soar my head and set up my computer! I might as well buy a pirate! it's just a shame! I want to play, enjoy the game, and not poke around in the computer!
games for gamers, the rest for lamers!
I completely agree with you that the developers are to blame, they are already snickering, they are even too lazy to optimize the game
Maybe they are not lazy? maybe they sat down at the engine two days before the master disk? :)
Guys, I'm just freaking out with you. What do you evaluate games by: on the brakes? by bugs?
What year is it? The gaming industry will not wait until you change all your computers. Are you going to sit with your 512 MB RAM until retirement? My own game does not fly well, for some reason I play and do not complain. Full of bugs? - Agree. Yes, the main thing is that it was interesting to play, and the rest is all bullshit (I scored on them and don’t pay attention, tembole another patch is being prepared, de promises to fix a lot).
Here are my scores:
Graphics - 8.7
Gameplay - 9.5
Music - 8.5
Interface - 9.0
Overall score - 9.0
And I spat on Xenus and play GTA SA. No lags and the plot is no worse than in Xenus

"The gaming industry will not wait until you change all your computers"
And how long should we wait until the post-Soviet gaming industry begins to respect its customers?

Excuse me, but Xenus does not require 2Gb of RAM. Some on 1Gb play without brakes. The lack of RAM is, in my opinion, the main reason for the big brakes. And 1Gb of RAM is no longer news, and it’s stupid to think that Xenusa’s system requirements are beyond natural.
Kapro25
brother, no questions asked to play with mona bugs, but agree it would be better without them! Answer me the question why my half and doom fly, but xenus does not want to? And all because there is no division into levels, everything is in one heap and all this RAM is asking for 2 gigabytes for normal operation, I can’t cope with 768! yes, of course, you can remove the grass, etc., but I want to play with the grass, and so that everything is at least on average! I don't want to poke around in the computer - I want to PLAY Mlyn! So the questions to the developers are more relevant than ever !!!!!!!!!!!! It's time for the developers to release a separate disk with patches!
And for some reason, all licenses have the same key! Who will explain this to me?
The knuckle is super, but the Russobit has done its job !!!!!!!!!!!!!
to Kapro
I have a gig of RAM and I played until the moment when all my saves stopped running, and after patching I have to play again and I abandoned this business. And about the system requirements, for some reason Half-life2, doom3, far cry go without brakes and any patches.
PS Fully agree with djeims
Xenus is an awesome game, but I couldn't resist the long waits for loading, glitches... I betrayed this game and sold my soul to another. But still, this game, for which I spent two good weeks, from which I failed two exams, and quarreled with my parents ...
I realized that the game is brilliant, and I don’t know why, but after the first half hour of gameplay it pulls on gold ten or even higher. Excuse me, but I don’t know what it is, it just has a narcotic effect on the brain, the main thing is to jump off in time.
I changed my ratings a little after I played more at home and saw the graph at max settings on the LCD monitor with XFX 6800 Ultra 256 MB and with 7.1 sound:
Graphics - 9.0 (nature is more beautiful than in FarKray, water is also not bad, but worse and so everything is awesome, except for some details)
Gameplay - 9.0 (a lot of glitches, physics sucks, it's sometimes difficult to play, but it's just ideal, it's very interesting to play, a lot of opportunities)
Plot - 9.0 (interesting, but not up to the Mafia)
Sound - 9.0 (not all dialogues are voiced, but the sound at max settings is super, it feels like Saul is running through a real forest)
Music - 9.5 (a few more soundtracks would not hurt, but in general the music is super, just perfect for the game)
Interface - 7.0 (everything is quite convenient, but there are few tips at all, FAQ will not interfere with the game, and considerable)
My overall rating is 9.0 (the best game (together with Gothic2, Morra, SA, KR2) that I have ever played)
PS It's a pity that I do not have such a monitor and vidyahi. You will have to play on your shit, though without brakes, but on settings above average. And on ultra settings it was just super to look at the game.
Eh, what are you talking about here? I agree that Xenus is the most interesting game, but I’m currently playing in San Andreas, although I don’t like much about it - the rhythm of life, unreality (it’s simply impossible to drive motorcycles, in Xenus, compared to Sanych, car control is much better, this dibile map, now it’s unusual for me to look at the Sanychevskaya map after I got used to the map in Xenus, at least you could select a target and follow the arrows there. these fucking minigames and disappearing cars, in short, I realized that Xenus is an awesome toy, but only now it’s impossible to play it, I’d rather wait for another three patches and enjoy it.
djeims and casper17
You make them caridors, so give them nature, complete freedom of action. You will give them nature and freedom of action, so give them caridors. The developers wanted to create something new that hasn’t happened yet, to make it so that every five minutes the “loading†glory doesn’t pop up, on which you then stick for a minute, despite the fact that the territory is huge (I don’t know about you, but especially in Half-Life these downloads annoyed me) . Which causes big brakes (Xenusa doesn't need a super video card, it will work even if I'm not mistaken on GeForce 3 64Mb). Sooner or later, such a game would come out, and it would also require more RAM than everyone mostly used. Therefore, I don’t blame Deep Shadows for the brakes, but for the bugs and not entirely acceptable physics, this is their fault. It is necessary to allow so many bugs to mine this way. Because the more patches are released and the more they weigh, the more the developers have slowed down. And it's better that they certainly fix it all. But despite this, I like this game and even very much. And not even all the thrill of Xenusa in a large area without downloads, there is a lot of implementation very well (but not all).
I just don’t understand how games can be evaluated in this way (As some say: I installed, looked, saw that there were a lot of brakes, bugs, too, and decided the game was SHIT!!!. I’d better go and play ...).
Casper17
PS And don't compare performance of Half-Life2 Doom3 and FarCry with Xenus. Half-Life2 and Doom3 are solid corridors (You probably have no idea how they would go with such a territory as in Xenus). In Half-Life2, although it looks like everything is not so limited, you still can’t turn where you want. Far Cry is a little closer, but still there are enough restrictions (you won’t go far from the road - the mountains interfere, you won’t sail far - you will have to meet with a helicopter) and the territory there is far from being that big.

In Xenus, the management of machines is better than in GTA. LOOOOOOOOL!!!!!
Well, okay, the brakes, but it was possible to test normally.
Yes, everyone got hooked on it, when I wrote about another game, I meant the new GTA. But xenus... it's a thing!!!
CA thing, don't say anything against it, but I like Xenus closer, it's much more realistic,

"""to Aratorn
In Xenus, the control of cars is better than in GTA. LOOOOOOOOL!!!!!"""
I don't know, maybe I I'm used to xenus, but it's much easier to drive cars there, in SA there are a lot more 90-degree drifts, but for some reason no one talks about this, although they yelled about driving in Xenus for a long time. Personally, I didn’t skid the wheelbarrow in my xenus, I drove calmly, and in Sanych all the time I tarn some kind of pole or fence.
to Kapri25
As for the video card, you're wrong. Today bought GF6800 performance compared to FX5600 has increased very significantly. Not a maximum you can play almost without brakes
