First, download the driver for the video card from the manufacturer's website. In my DAI, it went up from 5 to 35 fps.
As mentioned above, you can update, for starters, firewood. The config is in my profile - the card is the same, but on my settings (ultra for textures, detail and relief, the rest are high, only shadows are low and shading is turned off in post-processing) and a resolution of 1280x1024 is somewhere on average 40-45 FPS. True, I slightly overclocked the card through MSI Afterburner - it added about 5-7 frames.
