The problem was solved by updating windows 10 to the latest version, after that the lags disappeared

Who else is a starball is a big question. On 2070s, it can only pull with tracing to the full and without dlss at 480p or 720p, especially with 16GB of frames. The game is very demanding

I didn't play it in 2k, let alone 4k! but only in full hd, and I didn’t say that it goes there at 100+ fps with such a setting, but it gave out comfortable 65-75 fps with drawdowns up to 57-55, and that’s for the processor or RAM! because the load from the video card dropped during drawdowns! but if you enable dlss, then of course there was more fps.
