CPU - AMD FX8320 8GB.
GPU - AMD RX 570 4GB.
RAM - 4X2GB DDR3
Settings - high - 45-60 fps.
Flights - no.
The main thing before starting the game is to clean temporary files on your computer.

Bottom line - do not believe the critics, the game works great even on such an average setup like mine.
