Question marks when launching GTA 5 (Grand Theft Auto 5) launcher

in GTA 5, the cursor in the menu is extended in width and does not hit the buttons. and in the game itself, the phone has become narrow and the planes and helicopters do not have a sight !!! What are Bugs? where is rockstargames socialclub looking????
