Unfortunately, a known issue for the Decima engine.
Try two things: 1) TAA) low textures that reduce this flickering effect. 3) Try custom resolution at 80% / 100% of 4k. Just reconsider rendering permissions.

Nothing flickers. Haven't installed a new update yet to test. Try lowering the graphics settings to the very minimum, if you notice that the problem is gone, then start slowly raising the settings to identify this trouble. Also fix the hertz at 60. Cut down fsr. In the video control panel, set everything to default, and also discard all overclocking of the card, if any. Run in full hd resolution. If there is a fashion graph, then remove it. I remember that in Valhalla, the textures of the rocks shimmered a lot when you approached them, and in the dungeons, the web was white matte. This is the Hotfix v1.11.2 patch. Accordingly, take the latest version, updated.
