FPS drops on a good PC (Assassin's Creed: Odyssey)
The problem is FPS drops in cities and other busy locations. My build is 6700xt, 11400f, 16gb 1920x1080The game is installed on an M2 SSD, at any settings in such locations the drawdown is up to 50 fps. The processor is loaded at 4380 frequency, everything is fine, while the video card is loaded only at 50-60%, the processor at 40-60% The whole problem lies in the fact that the video card is not fully loaded.
This happens only in 2 games of Odyssey and Origins (Same situation) In the same Valhalla, the map is 99% and 100+ fps in any locations. The main joke is that when I increase the resolution, the scaling in the game is up to 120-200%, the video card starts working at 99% and gives out the same 50 fps. (Vertical, fps limit is off) I tried everything I can, I can’t find a solution to the problem on the Internet, maybe if someone came across, help solve the problem,
I emphasize that such crap is only in Odyssey and Origin, in other games everything is perfect (that the Syndicate, Unity and Valhalla are ideally suited for 90-110 fps.

will freeze at first, because volcano compiles shaders into cache. In the future (and at the next launches) it should not freeze. Well, maybe in some new regions it will freeze a little at first, if there are some new non-cached shaders.

download the file, and there are two files in the folder 32x and 64x if the game is Odyssey or Origin, you select 64x and extract two files: dxgi.dll and the second file, depending on which direct the game has, i.e. d3d11.dll and throw these 2 files into the game folder where the .exe file is located (where the rest of the .dll files are), and the whole game starts on the Volcano)

Tell me how you cool the processor. It's too much, and apparently the percentage under full load can fly away in temperatures. The only question is why the "freezes" occur. Do you mean starters? Or worse, it really freezes for a few seconds.

There is no data for me, on the basis of which it is possible to say something, who how much at what voltage and how the tower is installed. I know that there is a problem on socket 1700 - under the mass of the cooler it is oppressed, from here it is already +10 degrees.
Really, even if you think so, it is difficult to reset this overclocking. I just really went through the Odyssey and never got stuck anywhere, and there were no problems. This is something that cannot be taken away from the game.
You can see for yourself that 70-80 degrees at 50-60% of the load is normal, of course, but what is it like in a stress test then.
