No need to suck problems out of your finger. A black screen at startup for just a second is the norm. Even 5 seconds is the norm on a weak computer, especially if there is an antivirus. I had this on all computers, both home and work. A black screen when starting the browser can also be due to antivirus or high load on the hard drive. What's on the video is not a problem at all.
