I noticed such a thing in this game, most likely after the update, which added AMD FSR 2.0. With amd fsr 2.0 on ultra quality, the graphon, if you tighten up the fsr sharpness, becomes unrealistically clear and the consumption of video memory increases, but the most interesting thing is that the number of fps, on the contrary, drops. This is the first time I've seen this and it's only in this game.
Really fsr improves the picture, but lowers the fps, or a jamb in the settings, allowed by the developer
