Sberbank

In short, I had such a problem in the phone, there are 2 SIM cards, SMS does not come to the Sberbank online entrance, while ordinary SMS come (when I changed the number in the applications on the tablet), the tablet does not have such a problem there 1 SIM card, what could be the problem?

I had something similar. I have three sims on my phone. I somehow pulled out one and forgot that it was tied to Sberbank and could not understand why nothing came from Sberbank in terms of SMS. Then he put it back into the phone and the missed messages just squeaked like that)
