Crashes on startup (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Hello, as soon as I click on the shortcut with the player, a black screen appears for a second and disappears, and the whole game does not start

Found a solution to the problem. Download Gog Galaxy, Run. In the left column, click on the plus. Select scanning and importing games. Select the folder with the witcher. We launch. The game doesn't crash.
