The loud crash of the video card rtx 2070

Actually purchased asus strix rtx 2070(PSU chieftec aps-650sb) in December 18 and the first inclusion was noticeable that sound
However, at the beginning when you start the game it disappeared and the peak of the volume was just to easy
A few days I was tinkering with this problem and have noticed a pattern with the wires connected from the PSU if they move, the sound was gone.
In the end, this cod was not about 2 months but recently it appeared again, and now he's not overshadowed by anything at all and remains as in idle and in load(although it it it seemed a little quieter)
The sound is coming from VC and not from her fans(check full their trip) and in General sound more like from the sparkling electric outlet.
The video attached
Where to dig?Of course I plan to buy another power supply but the Outlook is not particularly encouraging

on the record sounds more like the noise of the fan
so when I loose the fan on the processor had a similar noise and I did not understand from where it comes from.
even if the system has SHDD it can give a kind of snap and it is in simple

I have 2 WD, and one of them is really loud, but it sound quite different and he interrupted that crackling sound from the graphics card

1. Noise choke on the PCB of the graphics card. It is necessary to remove the radiator, to search for the culprit, pour resin or wax. Although perhaps wax no, he's from the heat will melt.
2. If the sound is affected by wiggling the wires, then may sound exactly like from the sparkling electric outlet. Need to check. How well kept the wires in the connectors you can check yourself. but further on the Board itself to most anything you can do navryadli. If now the sound is constant, then there is no problem to show it where it was to be ID the best option. The more the card is not from the category junk release, it makes sense to fix.

I have another PSU haven't checked on this 100% certainty that sound when you test it on another PC again,no.
The funny thing is that people with a similar problem, I have not found even no where
Many noise chokes it there is always one pattern is the load card and fps in games.

It's not like the sound of chokes... They squeak like usual.

Well it's more like electric sound
Of course all of the new cards in the store, I could wait for the dump of the chip artifacts, overheating, broken fan.but not this.

This is the way you should check to make sure that it is the graphics card. If it is under warranty, then nothing to think about - definitely in repair until it was burned down and repair still take it.But check with another PSU does not hurt to understand that this is video card is bursting.

Marriage fan if the sound from the card, the card has a passive mode, a second BIOS, switch and check, or take turns pull the fan tray with your finger and listen.

The BIOS switched the fan is fully stopped, the sound not as not affected

And reconnect the wires from the PSU wiggle did not try? sound similar to arcing with a poor connection.

SonyK.
All the wires like the most tightly secured(at least connected to the VC for sure)
There is another option that I the socket the video card as it is not inserted, but then she would obviously not work

On the throttle it's not like there's more like whistling, and is usually manifested under load in specific scenarios (for example in menus where the fps is over 200). The feeling that the noise current due to lousy contact of the power connector. I like the sound to play by disconnecting the power cable from the PSU (at the time of his wiggling in the connector). Wisecasino all this speculation, my advice is to bring it to the shop and change. And change on the spot, without any examination (if the course was taken not through the Internet, there will be more crap). Ponaglee a job and a little longer on the brain ezdy in case he starts refusing to go. Good luck :)
UPD: forgot the most simple - to check on a different system unit, then it is obvious :)

And on what grounds do I change it?
To work is not as not affected, and mythical 14 days long gone
With another BP check not possible,on this hike you will need to buy.
And the sound is really electric something similar happened with a cheap adapter can not withstand the voltage from a heap of wires connected to it.

Well the base is still there, the sound is unhealthy, when such is clearly not supposed to be. Even if it was a valve, it needs to be replaced. But there is obviously something else that may later have a negative impact on all PCs. To test it better on a completely different system unit. As an option - in the same shop, let at stuck it.
PS: I remembered that similar sound I came from a Chinese extension cord, then it started to spark.

Fires gonna burn your house ! Although most had stood GTX1060 Palit 6gb DUAL in games the card is noisy is heated up to a maximum of 78 °C. is Now worth RTX 2070 Gigabyte in the same housing too noisy heated to 79 °C in heavy gaming and I think it is not a limit, checked on BF V Metro-enabled rays, Kingdom Come Deliverence.

Dual Firing as Dual ASUS, and MSI armor - all cards with extremely lousy ohladom, of course, if You are unable to Google and the house will burn.
Have Palit 6Gb Jetstream 1060, 1860 boost on the core, the temperature pleasing, 65-68.

Funny, comrade 2080Ti in overclocking, there are temperature of 4k. And he took Firing it seems. Your Gigi is not the best cooling. At least the rpm of the fans. I even began to suspect the body, and it's not even in graphics cards and Palit in principle.

And what's so funny? Any card at max load will be heated to peak temperatures. In fact, the more cool the map, the more noise.
