Works for me. Packs from Denis best quality ! Military Cargo Pack v1.7 -- the latest version.
Connect the above card(s) ? Try to download directly from the site Jazzycat -- there are already fixed files for which fixes are no longer needed.
And Yes, immediately warns: If you are using mods, replacing default trailers, correct work of pack not guaranteed.

Don't despair ! :o)) Definitely not presume to say, but I suspect that military cargoes appear not with the first level-all trailers/loads in this pack, oversize(or) heavy -- just like ADR will probably need the appropriate skill/level for their transportation.
