honestly,I have never seen such armor in any chests,etc., if they are,then it's probably a cheat
And in one city (can't remember which) there's one NPC in inmany Stranger, so it's almost the same armor as Ghandehari, only light. Tried to kill him, but the armor is not removable. Each set of armor has its own code, so if zant codes of this armor it is possible byloby to create. Who knows the code???
