Dude, you have a problem with the wood or the computer apparently old iron, most everything is fine, I'm on my i3 7100 and 1060 to 3 gig and 8 operatives ran the game on ultra without problems and lags well where the RAM is not limited , can provide proof if necessary

The problem was solved like in RE2, put the driver 399.24.
