I have an i7 4790K, 16Gb RAM, GTX970, MSI, mother is ASUS Maximus Windows 10Про 1803 just under KMS, firewood and everything else hasn't updated since may of 2018 for sure, playing through the headphones.

The problem exists in the license. Possible solutions:
- Install the latest version of Media Feature Pack;
- Disable audio device;
- The owners of Asus motherboards to remove the application Sonic Studio / Sonic Radar;
- Disable virtualization in the BIOS (CPU Virtualization);
- Replace the file re2_config.ini in the game folder;
