Lacrimosa
Fan Club of LACRIMOSA
Lacrimosa is a benchmark of the genre Gothic. Great, touching lyrics and great performance, and of course true Gothic music.
Which album did you like best?
Personally I'm torn between Elodia and Fassade.
As for the vocals, even though I am a lover of female Gothic vocals, but the vocals Tilo Wolff also liked (and vocals Anne Nurmi).
Post in this thread is your attitude to the group and its Gothic art. :)
I loved as a child such gloom.
Then Udall and began to hear any b.
to LuDiCrOuS
and formed a new style - post-punk. From it was formed the gothic rock, he is death-rock, he's dark-punk.
- not quite true. Gothic Rock is divided into three waves: 1) post-punk (he's dark-punk) Gothic rock bands like Bauhaus, The Cure, Joy Division, Siouxsie & The Banshees and the other from England, the main hangout place in ' 82 was the club Batcave, later became a benchmark club in the goth subculture. 2) the second wave starts with 85, and last up to 95 this is Gothic rock a La The Sisters of Mercy and Fields of The Nephilim. The main difference from the first wave is a"crystallization of sound, post-punk, old-school sound of the first wave is already present, but there is a reference of Gothic rock. 3) the third wave this time, so to speak of the experiments some groups of Gothic rock to add more electronics (the result is a subgenre of electro-Gothic rock or abbreviated electrovot - group a La The Cruxshadows), some heavier sounding (late Fields of The Nephilim, Garden of Delight late, Into The Abyss, Mantus) - is still sometimes referred to as Gothic metal from Gothic, well, there are different Okhlopkova Gothic rock group a La the Scream Silence. This time a crossover of styles - Gothic rock/industrial rock (most of it in Germany), Gothic rock/EBM (he's a goth-electro). They all belong to the third wave of Gothic rock.
Sometimes isolated, and the fourth wave - Revival. But here, IMHO, more to desroche, because in the 2000s, interest in old-school Gothic and there is a whole wave of high quality desroche: Voodoo Church, Cinema Strange, Deadchovsky, Eat Your Make-Up, New Days Delay, Tragic Black, Violet Stigmata, Sleeping Children, Scarlet's Remains', etc.
Deathrock is a style which originated in America, parallel to the English post-punk and which is, as you correctly said, the goth hangouts of the USA. Musically, it's more punk (or rather horror Pankovka) version of post-punk Gothic rock, tobish the first wave of Gothic. Founders: Christian Death, 45 Grave and Kommunity FK. The music is darker, soaked hellouinsky aesthetics and lyrics. As well as the first wave of British Gothic rock and coldwave (French wave post-punk), dezrok one of the top three old-school Gothic.
