Problems running pirates. (Far Cry: New Dawn)

Pirate FC will not start, crashes on labels on the desktop. Ie even opens the game. The system is Win 10 x64, fx 8300, GTX 1060 6GB, 16GB RAM. Firewood on the video card latest, Windows is updated to the latest version. Run from the administrator.
