How to optimize the game? (The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings)

Something I have FPS very few (< 20-25), even though the hardware meets the minimum requirements (percent. 2.6 GHz, 4GB RAM, 2GB vidyuhi). And it's on the minimum salary. Are there any ways to boost FPS?
