Save the game (Call of Duty: Black Ops)

I have a severe problem!!!!!!!!!!! Bought a license, Black Ops, everything is super, everything is always updated, 1.5 years playing and nehe..and nothing nebylo bad! Played last week, was no problem, came the next day and everything pop! All the prestige reset to zero, begin with ordinary! Can buy, but not saved, shoveled all settings, everything is OK, too, BUT always steam says that there is no synchronization! and in General, for 4 days nothing has changed! Only played one comp, no one but me has access! What happened? How to fix? What could it be? I do not know!!!! Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!
