there are no fixes, the game is not optimized, even the latest patch this plan does nothing. better pass on PS4.

Try to clean the computer ССleaner-Ohm. Look at the system requirements may not fit your components. Or download Advanced System Optimizer which closes all unnecessary processes for better performance (but it doesn't give a great result). And update libraries. Hope it will help)
