Technical issues (Death to Spies)

the game constantly crash when I try to go into the sound settings,how to treat?(license)

I have a character treading water, or walking slowly. And PS, too. For example, in the 4th mission, a spy and a diplomat can never meet. After all, on the way to the meeting place so many walls and corners in which to rest! I have 10 wines. Setting compatibility does not help.
