Drawdown FPS every 15 minutes (Battlefield 1)

guys, the thing is
Took БФ1. Played 20 hours and all was fine,on high 45-50 fps
then I updated the computer ( it was AMD FX-6350. 16Gb RAM. 4gb 370 MSI r7) took the fx8350 new hard disk WD 1TB Black Edition and a new more powerful power supply
FPS in game was stable 60 on high, but every few minutes sinking to 15 for a couple of seconds.
Monitorul this case and no problems during these drawdowns did not see: the CPU frequency does not reset, Vidic too
what could be wrong?
and Yes, the only problem is БФ1
please help

See not brasive whether the frequency of the processor during drawdowns. If the mother does not expensive without aladeniya supply circuit, the MOSFETs overheat and dumping frequency. He pushed such when changed 4x fx 8 for nuclear nuclear. Had the mother to take more expensive.

watched videos on utube and there are people with such a confocal as I have 8GB of memory somehow the fps was like yours. surely the memory clock gives the increase... you have memory on what frequency works?

This is one drive divided into three virtual, have no idea well, random in games works better on virtual where the games installed, and no paging file, some apps give an error so I came to the conclusion that it is necessary to reduce the paging file to a size that would be in game content is not cached and is not inhibited because of the slow HDD, my OP is 16gb.

1) CPU Multiplier floating or permanent ?
2) check the power supply is Economical or Maximum ?

If the reduced Frequency and the CPU Multiplier alone it is good.
The memory and its timings put on the passport.

I have underestimated the original memory DDR3 1600 to 1333 and the timings.
9,9,9,24
But my CPU i7 high frequency, 3.2 GHz max and 1.2 GHz alone.

Spoiler

Others have fx8350 and his memory is the same that I have Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1600,
Not what is not buggy. and also 9,9,9,24 factory on the passport.
