Anyways,by manipulating the noticed this crap(personally for me).By default(no config in the docs) the game puts a resolution of 1280x720.If in the game to set my resolution(1280x1024) at full screen,or windowed borderless,then the lines appear.
If you put the window,it in the game and in the config change the default resolution.
If you remove the config lines on a full screen,and in the lines window to specify the desired resolution,then when entering the game,the game starts in windowed with no border,will add to config the remote line and put there default))Well, if you remove all the lines about permissions,then in principle the same,it will add the default and will open in the window(the resolution of which is 1280x720).
Anyways, the game I was a Troll.Third-party apps do not help.Fix in the Internet is not.Life's a pain.

1. download the program HxD (hex editor) and install.

Only..in the game settings it says that the resolution of 1024x768,the game window without frame ratio 16:9 and 5:4 are gone,like the resolution of 1280x1024,but the strips not,the game expanded to the size of 1280x1024,Some words(e.g. in tasks list on the left) go over the edge on the left,but this is a defect of my monitor and resolution and everything is in order.
