Drawdown on the 12v line in the PSU

it is normal that the drawdown to 11.722 v?. on the screenshot you can see. and yet, when I type in hibernate, logoff the computer lags terribly, helps reboot, is it because of BP?

1) Variances within 5% is acceptable feature for any BP.
2) to Believe the programs at times, a big mistake.
Lagi software. BP delivers cooler: blue screen, overheating. Lags need to be considered through the system (configuration), and the state of the processor frequency, a banal saving.

Stress within the allowable. If you mean hibernate, the hard drive I would have refused it.

Ah it's all nonsense. I have 8 years was nonam PSU of 400 watt and everything worked as expected, I recently decided to replace, because it is already obsolete
