System: i3-550 3.2 ghz 4gbram gts4501gb win7x32,all on high,1280x720 resolution(I believe 1280x1024 my no due to the fact that it's a console port) fps lower than 30 sags only if slashing enemies in 300+ pieces and goes to 50-60 fps that for port with consoles now simply amazing

here are my settings of the computer,but why it slows down and goes slowly,the driver all fresh,maybe someone knows the solution??

Everything on max except for MSAA. When it functions on MSAA 4x fps 80. But if on the maximum, that is at MSAA 8x then as much as 8-15 fps.
Conclusion optimization antialaising fierce shit. But everything else 10/10.
