Myltse (Shadow of the Tomb Raider)

Don't understand why everybody piss boiling water on the graphics in the game, for me he is pretty mediocre here. Whether at me, whether XS.
The fact is that at 1080p in the game there was a strange effect, aka chess render, because many objects look pixelated, even in 4K, but not so noticeable. This is most evident during gameplay, and gaming videos this is not just during gameplay. For comparison, I will provide some screenshots
1080p

The same image, only the game is running in 4K resolution

And this pixelation is very evident, if in 4K, more or less, in 1080p to play this game unrealistic.
All screenshots are made on the maximum quality settings with antialiasing TAA, and Yes change the smoothing does not change the situation
What do you think ?

Such a haze can be from TAA smoothing. It is much more likely to Odisea. Try a smoothing system, and myltse you can remove the coiling of field using the Alt эф3 in Givors experience. There all chips and dx12 work.

Smoothing has changed, has become better (standing Smaat2xt), but the problem with pixels is not lost. Looked at the screenshots of other users in the steam, all visible such garbage to me. That is in the background visible are the pixels. Nevertheless, much depends on the location, is very evident in locations with a lot of small objects.

Smoothing works so stupidly. The last assassin as well. Increasing the resolution slightly save, and or ladders or pixels

well, this is the norm for all games where brought anal temporary types of smoothing on the shading (taa, txaa, smaa, fxaa). only one way out: disabling antialiasing if the game allows, and at least double apskeyl images relative to the maximum resolution of your monitor. if thinking card nvidia, we can not apply Karlovy DSR, which even with zero smoothness body picture and additionally loading Shader units. just set the resolution via the driver and will normeks. in the screenshot I test 1920x1080 monitor can put any resolution of the range (higher is impossible). only now, after 4096х in smoothness is observed for the opposite effect. if the monitor is 2560x1440, the 5K is just wonderful. but there is still correction that need a modern video card and SoTR in 4K will be fine (+/- 60fps) to pull only 2080ti or titan rtx.
for comparison, in 5K I can play the Witcher 3 on minimum graphics at a stable 60+fps.
you can add any permission within the allowable ranges that are searched empirically: just pick your proportion, e.g. 16:9 and divide any number by 16 and multiply by 9 to get the right shape of the window. for example, you want TRUE 4K, take 4096\16*9 and get 4096х2304. then you can go far beyond the limits of the DSR and all this without soap (proportions can be set at the same time at least some 4:3, 18:9, etc.). step take at least some, can create a resolution at least a couple of pixels.
disadvantage of this method is that in contrast to DSR, not all games understand it (for example batman arkham knight and little nightmares). it is expressed that there is a shift in the interface, but you can't see it. even when you Alt-tab you have the desktop may not always scale to the native resolution. this, however, is rare. I have a tick removed from proportions of 4:3, everything else is 16:9. in that time, DSR on 1920x1080 can give a maximum of 3840x2160, I can use 5.5 K, 5440х3060. the experiment was carried out on Gtx 1080ti via DVI-D on monitor packard bell maestro 226DX.
PS. on the AMUD, the same thing can be done, but on the r9 290x I got no higher than 3200х1800. and again: custom resolution via the driver does not work if you enable DSR, you must disable. if you have enabled DSR custom resolution are not available, but will not disappear from the list of configured.

Well, my 2060 pulls SotTR 4K 35-42фпса with DLSS, used dsr, but now try to put the same 4K via the driver
