I saw these reissues. They seem to be coming out only on the console. There's even voice acting in SH2 was replaced (making it worse), disappeared a lot of detail (the broken Windows in the hotel), the fog became worse, the textures are cleaner (no blood), and the lighting became better not.
Rating Silent Hill HD Collection in the floor and everywhere write that it is just a mockery of the game, not a full remastering.

Yes, only on consoles. The voice acting and the third was changed replacing the original voice, Heather, the voice of an old woman... So let it be. To the best of times.

Even if you do not pay attention to voice acting, and the games themselves have become worse. A quarter of the textures to something tried to replace, but it just made things worse.
