Cryostasis the Sleep of reason, Mor utopia (Pathologic), White Night, State of Decay, The Chronicles of Riddick, Prototype 2 pieces, Prey (choice of 2006 or 2017 although the storyline, different game)
A list of the following games do not quite agree that they are dark (at least half)
I agree with Mor utopia, outlust series, silent hill (especially the fourth part, and say the second, the second did not play the fourth but I think shes pushing unlike third or fifth)

The description did not appear - hopeless kind of gloom ;) If that goes well, then in Fahrenheit, there are fun moments and time for any fun at all! Although the beginning immediately sets the pace and you know - will not be easy! STALKER (mentioned by the author of the question) just remember the bearded jokes around the campfire) In General and game with a heavy touch of darkness, too, can offer;)
