after 60 fps the difference is hardly discernable, especially in games gazebos
to remove the lock in the ini file
just like in fallout 4, honestly I do not remember the string

Well in the Internet also have a video of the user.
iPresentInterval=1 and change the 1 to zero in the file Fallout3Prefs.

I'm in a Foul 4 tried removing the loc. But I have Monique 60HZ, and the card warmed up to 80 gr. So all games are played with over & under, 60 FPS.
By the way there is ENB for a Foul 3. Here are my screenshots.

So all these manipulations and crashes.I heard that mods that are recommended to have something with a consumption of RAM to do.Try to increase

Oh well. 8Gb of RAM is plenty, especially for the Foul 4. ) Run MSI Afterburner (or PlayClaw 5, it is simpler in configuration), monitoring, and watch all the indicators.
Well, put compatibility with Win 7, in the label, and maybe the run as admin

I have Win 10.You do not understand:the game uses no more than 2GB of RAM.I heard with grafone-mods need it more

Aaaaaa. And in profile you have Win 7х64. No, I even go won't be in the top ten. I have Win 7х64, and no problems with any games (even with ancient games) no. And from the good, good is not looking for. You have litsuha dozen or Assembly?
I Foul with 4 HD pack 4 GB consumes. So, don't bother with the RAM. I'm telling you, promonitor games.
I have Win 7х64 litsuha, and update I unplugged. Manually install all 4 update, purely for games, needed. ))) And you probably 200 updated (at seven I was 160 when I wasn't disabled update)
With 10 Wines to help you I can't. One tip, if you play, it is best to stay on win 7. ))
Why are you going to win 10, for the sake of fashion?
