Error RGSC \"Game services unavailable\" [PC] (Grand Theft Auto 5)

because I've done it myself. you don't have to pull all 60 GB. you just point the torrent path to your folder (after all files are the same). he will recheck and take what is missing. after all, if the launcher doesn't work, you sure you don't download.
