Rx 470 smudged

Hello dear friends.
Parameters: wines 10, intel zeon e5 2620, 8gb arx 470, 8gb ddr3
Blurry images (the camera can not convey the camera is not clear). The scale has changed does not change anything (settings windose). Driver fresh. Especially the blur is evident in dark shades. In games the shadows blurred (pixelqi run)
Please help. Maybe it's in the settings of the Radeon?

can try the standard procedure to begin with:
download the latest version of display driver uninstaller (DDU), boot in safe mode, remove the drivers using DDU, then install the actual drivers from the amd website for their system.
PS. custom driver settings amd apply only if the service is running AMD external events. I'm just saying if you're for the games using different profiles of settings and they don't work.
