PC optimization (Just Cause 3)

760, 8gb, fps is not really able to check, when you turn the camera freezes, unplayable, all the way down to 1 second if you press pause at this point, the most intriguing moment for 2-3 seconds.
At the beginning of the aircraft on ultra (antialiasing FXAA) 36-40 Frisians are down to earth out full... 45-55 wild friezes as written in the beginning. Just a little out of it, and then passes again as well.
Strange freezes I think the patch will disappear.
Has anyone tried to run performance below the minimum? Like some sort of gtx 550 and 4GB operatives with 2 cores?
The incentive negative reviews mostly about bad optimization. I have i5 2500k gtx770 2g 8g ram. On high kind of rules goes, but often frieze. Overall not pleased with the optimization.

I have 660 gtx, 6300fx,8 gigabytes,the system is not new,but everything is OK.I know that the game has a big problem with Radeon graphics cards (full of artifacts),the incentive is even the theme from the developers there.
