As far as I know, no way. At first, the Nazgul-Talion looked like this, then the developed patch removed it and he just walked with his head uncovered, and only then they put a hood on him.
In the settings, I did not see such an option, although I played enough.

This is an old version of the game, and there GG looked like this, and when he subdued the captains or disgraced them, he was generally silent, stupidly mumbled and that's it. And after upgrades to 85LVL and additional 5 skills with improvements to 100, they changed the image of the GG and now he looks like this, and speaks in his own voice when the orcs are subdued and disgraced.
