In the game folder (...Far Cry Primalbin), open the CPY.ini file.

SavePath=C:UsersYOUR USER NAME HEREDocuments

Find the folder CPY_SAVES along the path:

I have the game installed on disk D in a folder without spaces FarCryPrimal in it, I created a Save folder, applied file indexing to it and wrote the appropriate path, try it.
