looks like memory is not allocated, you have the same APU. There memory shared with operatives, AFAIK.
Patch need to wait until the game is running only on integrated graphics card if there is a choice between discrete and integrated card.

For the game on a discrete GPU:
In catalyste (right Rob. the table - graphic properties) disable the Dual Graphics and tab power- configure switchable graphics choose the application that you need and put High performance.
But unfortunately in GTA 5 so do not work, so as long as the game only runs on integrated graphics card if there is a choice between discrete and integrated card, but this will be fixed in the patch which will be released this week.
