Absolutely perfect President, it's probably an utopia, but even from what is possible to conclude that there is, more or less good or really bad leaders.

The President, who dominates like a cur under the President of another country, is even less a good leader. This inter relationship can be observed between the European Union and America.

A good President should not be dependent on the views of third countries, to love the Motherland and respect the sovereignty of its neighbors. This President, I think, can afford to wish any adequate people and will sincerely respect and love. This can now be seen in Russia.
