Stopped working watch dogs - not even trying to ship it all happens on the desktop.

This error can occur for the owners of laptops and graphics cards from AMD. Go to Catalyst Control Center and in the tab Games select AMD Radeon Dual Graphics. Check the box to disable this feature.
