Error when installing the games.

People, I need help.In General I have POPs up the same error when installing the games. It looks like this:an error Occurred when trying to perelivania file in the destination directory:MoveFile.failure;код32.The process cannot access Fido because the file is in use by another process. And there is still written to Skip to Repeat to Cancel. Repeating does not help.And this error comes out at the end of installation in all games(until the 3 game set, and he couldn't deliver it due to this error). And the funny thing is that I changed the Windows yesterday(though only wiped the C drive,and D decided to leave)and still this error appears.Please help.
