What the hell with the price Switch Lite?

I decided to compare price tags in rubles and dollars.
In Russia Switch Lite stoiy 16 499 rubles, but at the official site black and white 200$




On our course:
199.99, ending$ = 12 759,12 Rubles

500 and 16 +-12 800 like? Who is this price set? Why?

You're still in yen count will be even cheaper. Only now we are to the European region and we are the price tag will be in euros and + wrapping from the store, or bust.
