It is difficult to say. Both DLC masterpiece. Stone Hearts plot better. That is only one Gunter is... Blood and Wine is a big, beautiful, atmospheric location. With a slightly less interesting plot and lots of different quests.

Hearts of stone give an exciting and dynamic storyline (the quality of which can compete with the line of the Bloody Baron), while KIV is a big mistakes of the original, with a pretty mediocre main plot and the cool side. I personally rolled a Heart, but it is impossible not to admit that the study of Toussant was very interesting (much more interesting than the study of the world in the original game)
