Weird, I play on the gamepad (though not xbox-ovsky, but the computer recognizes it as an xbox). But the game goes smoothly. Maybe it is in your controller, marriage some or the emulator screws up.
I really thought getting rid of the Frisians during the save games. And then a personal problem of a computer user.(

You forgot to add that I play the Vin10. I, too, this was crap.

You can play with a pad. You need to disable vibration in the game menu. Friezes go.
