And rightly so,because there should be a mechanism and at least some control over such weapons that could destroy all of humanity in General (just imagine what would happen if there will not be any control),and another thing that US policy on the destruction disagree with its imposition of all things,just push the country on any measure of protection.I don't even know what they were doing to US if it were not for Russia,would already all under the hammer empty,and the justification and motivation is reminiscent of what the degenerates.

Bad decide, if you think about it. It would be logical then, that nuclear remains in only two countries, the rest of a complete ban, including China and Korea.
The DPRK like a rain cloud in the clear sky of Southeast Asia. USA kindly provides the umbrella to countries in the region that can protect them from the unpredictable rain clouds. If you remove the sky this cloud of Korea (DPRK) as the source of rain, and the need in the umbrella will naturally fall away...

I wouldn't count on the fact that chubby or in other countries some real aggressive steps taken by each against the other which mainstream war. If Kim starts to kink and will provoke a conflict, due to the presence of Yao for him, no one to stand up. He understands it better than others.
The main potential defender of the DPRK in case of conflict is China. Remember, when a squadron of US had moved to Korea? After the meeting, trump and Jinping. If China was against ships, then trump would with high probability the ships would not be sent. But once the ships went, then agreed. Another potential guarantor of the DPRK is Putin. But if you decide fat to bring down and begin a military operation against the leadership of the DPRK, the maximum that will be enough for Putin's statements at the UN, laying a veto on various projects, etc. As the Soviet Union, present Russia with a new Korean conflict show itself can't. Too enormous differences between military and economic power of the Soviet Union and the Russian Federation. Donbass and Syria is the limit. Participation in yet another conflict we cannot afford.
