When you run requires xinput1_4.dll Windows 7 64 (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)
Have been using the Repack from hatab(I have Windows 7 64), but this time after installing and running games is now: the program can't Start because is missing from your computer XINPUT1_4.dll. Try to reinstall the program. Reinstalled direct x, visual Studio, NVIDIA, cleaned the registry, restored the system to an earlier time - as the same. Downloaded file XINPUT1_4.dll and put in System 32 (or in the game directory \bin\x64\ since there is a file xinput1_3.dll). After that there is: the program can't Start because is missing from your computer api-ms-win-eventing-classicprovider-l1-1-0.dll. Try to reinstall the program. I looked in the Internet about this error, but there's nothing there and in one place they say that these files are generally from the eighth Windows. Advised to install the package Windows6.1-KB2999226-x64. Nothing helped. Kaspersky is silent. Help!!!Hello everyone, I'm incredibly glad that the way helped :)
For those who do not help, I can only advise to reinstall the program in which requires XInput1_4.dll, or check whether you have correctly renamed the file (maybe there was a mistake with one letter).
On the note: The official file XInput1_4.dll NOT FOR Windows 7, so downloading it will not give you anything.

Bro! You are just a sorcerer !, a sorcerer of computers, Thank you! Because of this parasha, I have a couple of games and some important programs did not start, and I don’t want to put anything higher than 7 on the old computer, given the reviews on this topic ... Thank you very much, it all worked. Ktozh knew that thanks to such a simple manipulation of drums, the computer would not have to turn all the brains upside down.
