The dilemma with the CPU cooler

Can't decide what to take cooler for core i5-6400. It was written Aerocool (line Verkho) and Deepcool deepcool gammaxx. What would you recommend? The priority is nice and quiet cooler.

Will there be any difference between the Zalman CNPS7500-Cu LED ZALMAN CNPS5X PERFORMA on i7 4770k? Unfortunately anything above 140 mm in the case will not fit.
